Tour Registration and Cancellation Policy	Important Notice
1. Due to high demand, the tour may close early. Please complete your payment promptly to secure your registration. 2. It is imperative that participants confirm the schedule for each tour program before submitting their application. 3. Tour fees are charged on a per-participant, per-session basis. 4. A full refund is available for cancellations made on or before August 1. Cancellations processed by September 4 are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after September 10, and any associated cancellation fees will be borne by the participant. 5. In case of rain, the tour itinerary may be subject to modifications, with outdoor activities being relocated to indoor venues.	1. Wearing sneakers is recommended for comfort and safety during the tour. 2. Due to potentially high temperatures during the tour period, participants are advised to wear comfortable and lightweight attire. (As it may be cold in the evenings, we recommend bringing a jacket.) 3. All participants must carry a valid identification card or passport throughout the duration of the tour. 4. Please be advised that tours may be subject to cancellation if the number of registrants falls below 15 participants for any given course. 5.
